In March 2013, Gentry Heating, Inc. reached out to help another local community organization, Loving Food Resources. We were able to collect 300 pounds of much needed food for their pantry. Loving Food Resources provides food relief for indigent people with HIV and AIDS, in addition to those in home hospice care. Now in their 20th year of service, Loving Food Resources has been providing food, health, and personal care items to those in need in our community.
Chloe Gentry, the 14-year-old daughter of owner Duane Gentry, volunteers at Loving Food Resources on a regular basis. She is bringing the spirit of community service to a whole new generation and carrying on the family tradition of providing support through integrity, respect, and heart.

Gentry Heating and Cooling Employees collected 133 pounds of food for Loving Food Resources. LFR provides nutritious food to people living with HIV/AIDS or those in Home Hospice Care. Founded in 1991, Loving Food Resources provides between 1.5 and 2.0 tons of food per week for its clients and is a partner agency of Manna FoodBank. Clients are also offered personal care items such as shampoo, toothbrushes, soap, and other household items. Gentry Heating and Cooling is proud to support an agency that unconditionally cares for people who are in need. In addition to our annual food drive, Gentry Heating and Cooling supports LFR with monthly financial support.
