Welcome to Gentry Service Group
We started as a family-owned heating and air conditioning company in 1963 to meet the indoor climate needs of Western North Carolina. A half-century later, we remain focused on providing quality, dependable service at a competitive price. During 2018, the Gentry Family became part of the Piedmont Service Group of companies and our relationship with Piedmont Service Group has allowed our company to grow to a new level of service and technical expertise. The Gentry Service Group family strives to deliver integrity, respect and consideration to all our customers all of the time. We are still guided by the same Core Values that have made our company a success for over 55 years and committed to continue to provide a vast improvement in the quality of life and comfort of our customers, co-workers and community by being the preferred and most progressive HVAC provider in the Western Carolinas and Eastern Tennessee.

Gentry Service Group is a privately held HVAC mechanical services company serving property owners and operators throughout Western North Carolina, Upstate South Carolina and Eastern Tennessee. Since 1963, we have partnered with commercial, industrial, institutional and government organizations to maintain their building for safe, healthy and energy efficient operations.
Gentry Service Group’s relationship with Piedmont Service Group’s Controls Division also provides a total building control solution to integrate HVAC, lighting, security, access, energy management and other building functions in one easily monitored and maintained environment. At the end of the day, we are a local company committed to making sure our clients experience best-in-class customer service. When a customer calls our office for a service request, they are connected with a live human being, employed by Gentry Service Group.
