Joe Salsman serves as President of Gentry Service Group with over 30 years in the Mechanical Contracting industry.
Joe is a native of Kentucky and attended the University of Kentucky. Joe’s experience includes direct field in both service and construction, General Manager of full line large-scale Mechanical Contractor, Technical Sales Specialist for a large utility company, and everything in between. Joe carries Kentucky Master and Contractor licenses for HVAC and Electrical, as well as Boiler Contractor in Kentucky. Joe loves spending time outdoors, preferably on the water, with his wife, two kids, two grand kids, and daughter-in-law. Joe assumed the role as President of Gentry Service in January of 2023.
